Event Details

Registration is now closed, but you can arrive early at the first building on the tour (see below) to buy a ticket on-site.  Or, you can join us for our FREE wrap-up party, held on the rooftop patio of the Best Western, which is the last building on the tour (2402 Hwy 97 North).  Kelowna Mayor Sharon Shepherd will be welcoming everyone with a few words on green industry in Kelowna, and you can enjoy local food courtesy of Urban Harvest!

Green Skyline '09: Tour the future of the built environment

Join us on Cascadia’s third annual tour of innovative green buildings throughout Kelowna. The tours demonstrate to the public and industry what green design, construction, and operations look like. Tours of green buildings will be held in Kelowna on the afternoon of Thursday, September 24th.

Green Skyline showcases sustainable building achievements and provides the public an opportunity to see the ways buildings can achieve LEED and other high performance standards. You'll be able to take with you a better understanding of innovative green features and systems.
